David heads the firm’s business services division, with overall responsibility for its strategic direction, and is a member of the management board. A senior partner in the corporate team, he specialises in advising on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, MBOs/MBIs, reorganisations and insolvency-based transactions, as well as corporate joint ventures and shareholder disputes.

Acting for private and public limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and entrepreneurs, David has particular expertise in the technology and private wealth sectors. He is also a member of the firm’s restructuring and insolvency team.

A significant proportion of David’s work has an international element and he regularly advises non-UK based corporates.
