Career

David is a nationally and internationally known specialist in public procurement law, with significant expertise advising clients in the UK and internationally across a variety of sectors and infrastructure asset classes.

He leads Clyde & Co's Public Sector Group and co-leads our global education group. He speaks French and German. In 2022, David has advised a number of universities on their international collaborations and procurements post-Brexit.
