David specialises in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution relating to real estate. This includes landlord and tenant disputes, forfeiture and possession claims, rent/service charge recovery, business lease renewals and related insolvency issues. David has significant experience in both the High Court and Court of Appeal. David also has experience of settling disputes through mediation.

David is focused on getting results for clients through delivering clear and concise legal advice with the commercial objectives in mind.

Outside of the office David spends his time with his two young daughters, as well as playing or watching a variety of sports including football, tennis, golf, running and cycling.
