His clients come from a wide range of sectors including financial services, media, tech, fashion and pharma. Many have international operations where his lead role in Doyle Clayton’s founding membership of ELLINT, the international network of specialist employment law firms, adds considerable value.

Dan's work for employers includes enforcing post-termination restrictions and preventing employees from using confidential information, as well as advising on strategic employment law issues and reorganisations. His work for senior executives, LLP members, partners and employees includes helping them to negotiate contracts and favourable exit terms. He also advises on bonus and pay disputes, Board and partnership disputes, whistleblowing and discrimination claims.

Dan heads our Canary Wharf office, managing a team of six senior and junior lawyers.
