Co-Chair, international arbitration practice. He focuses on international arbitration, representing clients before commercial and investment treaty tribunals, including the ICC, LCIA, ICSID, PCA and AAA/ICDR, particularly in telecoms, oil and gas, infrastructure, mining/minerals and financial services. He sits as an arbitrator, is a frequent writer and speaker on arbitration and serves on various arbitral institution task forces. He is experienced in complex litigation with significant trial and appellate experience in U.S. federal and state courts.
