Colin specialises in intellectual property and competition law. He has also advised in relation to complaints to the CMA in connection with alleged abuses of a dominant position and on merger clearances from the CMA. Colin advises on non-contentious aspects of intellectual property, particularly on licensing, collaboration, R&D, distribution and franchise agreements. His work includes advising on trade marks and brand protection; joint sharing and licensing of know-how, copyright and design rights.
