Career

Chris is a partner in our Corporate department and advises on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on capital markets, M&A, equity fundraisings and flotations, and joint ventures, in each case for both private and public companies. He has particular expertise as a lawyer in the energy, renewables and technology sectors. Chris also leads the firm’s renewable energy team.
