Cheryl is a Partner in our International Personal Injury team. She acts for clients who have been injured in incidents abroad – while on holiday, working abroad, travelling by coach, plane, car or sea, or undergoing surgery abroad.

Cheryl deals with complex, high-value claims, including brain and spinal injuries, multiple fractures, psychological trauma and fatal accidents and clinical negligence cases. She deals exclusively with cases which involve a cross-border element and specialises in conflicts of law issues.

Cheryl has a special interest in claims arising as a result of clinical negligence during cosmetic surgery abroad.
