With over 19 years’ of corporate law experience, Charlotte has developed a specialism acting for clients in the health and social care sector.

Charlotte advises medical suppliers, healthcare providers, social care providers and not-for-profit organisations on their acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructuring, and is highly experienced and well regarded in the sector.
