Charlotte Mallorie has significant experience litigating in the High Court. Charlotte undertakes large-scale and complex commercial litigation and has acted on banking and restructuring litigation, shareholder and private equity disputes, corporate and contractual disputes, civil fraud cases, freezing injunctions, construction disputes, follow-on damages actions and professional negligence claims. Charlotte is the chair of the associates’ London Commercial Litigators' Forum. She was also selected to input on the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts and its associated website. Charlotte is also part of the Rules Committee for the latest edition of the Commercial Court Guide.
