She has negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements for technology, retail, energy transport and infrastructure, healthcare and media clients including research and development agreements, franchise agreements, licenses, distribution and supply and joint venture agreements. She also advises on issues arising in relation to the exploitation of intellectual property rights covering patent, know-how, trade marks, design and copyright and data protection.
