Carmelita is head of Family at Raworths. She has been accredited for a number of years as one of the few Advanced Members of the Law Society’s Family Law Specialist Panel. Carmelita is also an Advanced Member of the Resolution Specialist Family Panel. She is the only independently recognised, dual accredited advanced specialist in the area.

Carmelita’s areas of expertise include divorce, financial issues arising on a divorce or separation with particular interest in business assets and children issues.

The nature of the firm’s Family clients and the owner-managed/SME focus of the firm overall means that all members of Carmelita’s team work closely with the firm’s Commercial teams and Trusts, Wills and Estates team as personal and business affairs of our clients are often intertwined.
