Bob is a global leader in his field.

He heads the Energy team at Burness Paull – which combines the strengths of the firm’s well-established Renewables practice and highly-regarded Oil & Gas practice.

Bob’s deep energy expertise has seen him participate in and lead teams acting on a wide variety of energy matters, including representing energy majors, independents, utilities, individuals, service companies, private equity houses and banks.

He has worked on energy matters across multiple jurisdictions - operating extensively with clients across the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia in addition to the UK.

Recognised as a leading industry expert, Bob is dual-qualified to practise in both Scotland and also in England and Wales.
