Anthony is regularly instructed in complex cross-border investigations across a wide variety of jurisdictions, advising on issues such as challenging MLA requests and INTERPOL Red Notices. He is able to use his expertise in criminal and extradition proceedings to provide realistic, achievable and holistic strategic advice.

Anthony also has significant experience in UK and EU sanctions regimes, advising clients on sanctions compliance, challenging designation and licence applications.
