Andrew is a highly regarded litigator and has acted for a number of prominent financial institutions globally in a wide range of high value structured finance, derivatives, retail products and securities disputes. Andrew has had significant trial and appellate experience and has had numerous successes in widely reported and ground-breaking matters.

He also regularly advises clients on FCA investigations and disciplinary proceedings; he has been involved in many of the most significant matters in both the wholesale and retail arenas covering issues such as market misconduct, mis-selling and breaches of firms’ systems and controls.

Andrew is also experienced in professional negligence and regulatory proceedings for accountancy firms, in particular in front of the FRC.

Andrew was until recently the leader of the firm’s global dispute resolution group and was previously the head of the FIG sector group.
