Alison is a member of the firm's Executive. Since taking up her role in 2020, she has been leading the firm's strategic priorities globally and, in particular, across our EMEA, UK and US regions. Part of a small Executive team, Alison's particular focus is on defining and implementing our people and culture and our client and markets strategies and ensuring strong financial performance and resilience across our regions.
