Victoria is an associate in the clinical negligence team with experience that spans a variety of medical fields. She is based in the firm’s Basingstoke office but acts for clients across the UK.

Advising clients who have suffered stillbirths, surgical errors, sepsis, delayed diagnoses and mismanagement of infection, Victoria also represents families who have lost a relative as a result of their medical treatment. In addition, Victoria works alongside senior members of the team on complex, high-value cases for children who have been severely injured at birth.
