Toni Hudson is a Senior Associate with significant experience in supporting companies in a wide range of employment law issues. Toni routinely represents employers in defending tribunal claims, to include performing her own advocacy. She frequently advises employers in relation to grievance and disciplinary investigations and has extensive experience in restructuring, redundancy (including collective consultation) and the TUPE regulations. Toni represents a wide range of high-profile clients in various sectors, including aviation, education and retail.

Recent successes have included supporting an employer in the successful conclusion of a 12-day hearing involving whistleblowing legislation in respect of allegations of fraud and malpractice.
