Stephanie is a partner in the clinical negligence team. She is a highly experienced specialist clinical negligence lawyer, with a varied practice covering a wide range of cases, with a focus on maximum severity claims, particularly birth injury and those with complex or novel issues. Most of Stephanie's clients contact her initially as a result of personal recommendation. She primarily works from the Basingstoke and Guildford offices of Penningtons Manches Cooper, travelling to the London office as required.

Stephanie is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), having been co-ordinator and secretary of its clinical negligence special interest group from 2004 until 2011. She was an executive member of the Society of Claimant Injury Lawyers (SCIL) between 2015 and 2020.

Recognised as a leader in her field by the legal directories, she has been described as ‘a prominent clinical negligence lawyer with notable experience in cerebral palsy claims and severe injury cases stemming from surgical negligence’, ‘an impressive lawyer’, and ‘very professional and compassionate’.
