Sophia has a wealth of experience acting for farmers, landowners, agri-businesses and banks in all the complexities of agricultural, residential and equestrian work which includes landlord and tenant matters.

Sophia specialises in buying and selling land, farms and estates, equestrian facilities, renewable energy, agricultural tenancies and complex finance and refinance matters.

Sophia also works closely with her Private Client Advisory Team to provide strategic tax, partnership, business and personal succession planning and structuring advice.
