She has extensive experience of settling and litigating high value, complex disputes, covering both direct and indirect taxes. Sarah’s broad range of cases spans various corporate tax issues (including in particular disputes relating to the deductibility of payments and challenges under purpose-based anti-avoidance rules), transfer pricing investigations, VAT, the corporate criminal offence and tax fraud.
