Recent cases, across a broad range of sectors, have involved multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, the CIS region, the Middle East, Nigeria, the US and various jurisdictions in the Caribbean. Sam is also experienced in cases where there are parallel litigation, arbitration and/or regulatory enforcement proceedings. Sam has practiced in both London and the Cayman Islands.
