Samantha maintains a varied practice dealing with a range of cases from cycling accidents to workplace incidents to public liability claims. She heads up the Personal Injury team providing advice and support to colleagues from the beginning of the claim to the very end. She is the “go-to” for triaging new claims and responsible for allocation of cases within the department.

She undertakes regular file reviews with members of the team to guide and direct on challenging issues regarding liability, quantum and causation.
