Robin is head of the Real Estate Team at Ward Hadaway. He heads a large team of multi-disciplinary lawyers across our office network who focus on various sectors including commercial development, public sector, health, occupiers and investors, housing, rural and estates, retail.
He is a planning lawyer and advises on contentious and non-contentious planning issues for a broad range of clients including residential and commercial developers, estates, public sector organisations and private individuals.
Robin is widely recognised as an expert in planning law matters involving both contentious and non-contentious matters. He regularly provides advice on drafting and negotiation of complex s106 Agreements, CIL, interpretation of planning permissions and conditions and associated matters.
Robin also has a particular specialism in public rights of way and village green issues regularly advising on how to protect land from such claims and dealing with stopping up / diversion orders. Robin works across numerous sectors helping clients in the process of obtaining planning permission and seeking to limit issues that may arise on development sites.
