Peter has considerable experience as a lawyer advising a host of clients across a broad range of energy matters. This includes the provision of advice to developers, banks, power generators, off-takers, investment funds and utilities in respect of the financing, procurement and construction of energy projects, grid connection and regulatory issues, joint ventures and power purchase agreements.

He has particular expertise with respect to regulatory matters, specifically in relation to the grid connection arrangements and framework for the connection of projects to the transmission and distribution systems in the UK.
