Paul is the Head of Aberdein Considine's Commercial Real Estate team in Scotland.

Based in Waterloo Street in Glasgow, Paul has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial development and investment work, including house building, planning, real estate finance, retail and leisure with particular expertise in the acquisition, development and letting of commercial offices.

Paul joined the firm in 2014 to open the firm’s legal office in Glasgow. He was previously Head of Commercial Real Estate at Anderson Strathern and before that Managing Partner at boutique Scottish real estate firm Bell & Scott.

He is ranked as a Leading Individual in Real Estate in Scotland by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
