Prior to founding Shaw Graham Kersh in 1999, Paul was for many years a Partner at two other leading criminal defence firms in London. As Managing Partner he now heads up our serious crime department, with an emphasis on intelligence-led police investigations, dealing with the more weighty and complex cases. His practice includes murder and manslaughter allegations, firearms, terrorism, large scale drugs conspiracies and grave sexual offences.

With over 35 years experience in criminal defence work, Paul manages an extensive high profile but discreet practice.

Paul has a Post Graduate Certificate in Forensic Medical Sciences from Barts and the London School of Medicine.

He has been a ranked lawyer in the Chambers and Partners directory for many years.
