Patrick is a Partner in the Employment Law and HR team at TWM. He qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and became a Partner in 1990.

Patrick specialises in advising both employees and employers and an expert in handling Employment Tribunal litigation, including conducting advocacy. He has a respected track record for conducting employment claims before the civil courts, including having particular expertise in restraint of trade and confidentiality disputes and injunction litigation.

He is experienced at negotiating termination packages for all levels of employee, as well as for employers.

Patrick is also an expert in GDPR, advising a range of clients and a regular speaker on the subject.

His experience covers many business sectors including financial services, management consultancy and golf clubs.
