Oliver is a Senior Associate in the Immigration Team and International Protection Group. His practice focuses on international protection, including complex asylum claims and appeals by high net worth and high profile individuals, often with parallel Interpol and extradition proceedings. Oliver has significant expertise in advising on and challenging deportation decisions, criminality-based refusals and cancellation decisions. He also has a broad private client immigration practice and several years’ experience of bringing judicial review challenges against Home Office decisions.
