Nick is a Partner in Walker Morris' Commerical Dispute Resolution team, specialising in all aspects of commercial litigation and international arbitration. He is also known for his experience resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication, expert determination and mediation.

Nick acts for clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy, food and drink, heavy industry and manufacturing and property development. He has substantial experience handling a range of different commercial disputes, including complex and high value supply chain disputes, shareholder disputes and claims with significant fraud elements. Nick also regularly acts on matters requiring urgent injunctive relief.

Nick’s clients are usually large corporates, and working with them to develop strategies to deal with difficult situations is the part of his job he finds most rewarding. Even when litigation or arbitration is unavoidable, finding a way to achieve a positive outcome is a motivating factor for Nick.
