Career

I have more than 20 years' experience representing clients who have suffered the most severe injuries, including brain injury, amputation and spinal cord injury. I also work with clients who have suffered severe orthopaedic and serious psychiatric harm. My cases frequently attract 7 and sometimes 8 figure settlements and in 2022 alone I secured almost ?50M in damages for my clients.

I act regularly for dependants in fatal accident and secondary victim claims.

My expertise covers injuries sustained in all types of road traffic crashes, including acting for drivers, passengers, pedestrians, motor and pedal cyclists and those engaged in horseplay.

I have considerable experience of successfully running MIB claims where defendants are either uninsured or untraced.

I also work with clients badly injured in accidents at work or in public spaces. I regularly represent international clients injured while visiting England/Wales.

I do everything in my power to help clients rebuild their lives following life-changing injury; their future is in my hands. I leave no stone unturned in pursuing the best outcomes for them to build a brighter future.

This requires immediate focus on early rehabilitation and I look to secure interim payments at the very earliest opportunity to fund rehabilitation and treatment, to replace lost income and to secure alternative, adapted accommodation where needed.

I always aim to co-operate with insurers where possible but where that fails, I act quickly to commence court proceedings to ensure clients get the funding and support they need.

I act for children and adults with and without capacity and am regularly instructed by family members and the Official Solicitor.
