Mike was appointed as Managing Partner of Trethowans in April 2021.

Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Mike led the firm’s Corporate Team for more than 10 years. Alongside being Managing Partner, Mike continues to specialise in the sale and purchase of companies and businesses and is seen as a leading individual in this field.

Mike advises clients on a wide range of related company matters, such as joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements and investment agreements, as well as general advice on compliance with the Companies Act.

Mike's clients range from fully listed international companies through to owner-managed businesses.
