Specialist in all areas of family law with particular expertise in divorce and related financial matters; advising on and drafting pre and post nuptial agreements and applications brought on behalf of children of unmarried parents (“Schedule 1 claims”). The assets are usually significant or complex and have included businesses, trust assets, large property portfolios, overseas assets and inherited assets. He has acted on behalf of business owners, sportspeople, entrepreneurs and property developers as well as numerous legal professionals.
