Matthew is a Managing Associate with broad experience in advising clients on all aspects of global incentive arrangements, with a particular focus on leading on our clients in the financial services sector. He advises a number of the world’s leading global banks, insurers and asset managers in relation to the structure of their incentive plans and their compliance with EU and global remuneration regulations, including Schroders, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, J O Hambro and Rothschild & Co. Matthew also advises multinational companies on their executive and all-employee incentive arrangements including new client Comcast, Experian and Weber.

Matthew regularly presents at industry events in Europe and the US. His work in the financial services sector sees him regularly leading industry discussions in this area. Matthew also holds the roles of SPL Corporate and Regulatory Committee Co-Secretary and employee trustee director of the Employee Ownership Trust for Tapestry.
