Maria Mowberry uses her wealth of experience and extensive understanding of the property world to assist in matters for both commercial and private individuals.

Since qualifying into the firm's commercial property practice group in 2006, Maria specialises in issues of freehold and leasehold acquisitions, residential developments, complex commercial lease transactions and corporate support for the corporate and commercial team. Maria became a partner in May 2017.
