Practice Areas

Malcolm is a partner and head of the personal injury and clinical negligence team. He focuses on high-value and complex cases, particularly serious and long-term brain injury, and child abuse. Malcolm delivers training through the APIL to other solicitors on the Law of Damages. He is an Accredited Brain Injury Specialist (APIL). He deals with multi-million-pound compensation cases and is one of a limited number of brain injury assessors approved by the Association of Personal Injury Specialists. He is also an assessor for the Law Society’s Catastrophic Injury Accreditation scheme.
