Lucy helps clients with the identification of and tracing of hidden assets or undisclosed resources so that any settlement reached is fair.

Lucy acts for parents in children disputes, including cases that involve parental alienation, acrimonious contact and residence disputes so that parents can maintain meaningful relationships with their children after separation. Lucy also advises unmarried parents so that they can achieve financial security and she has represented some really vulnerable clients, reducing the fear and worry they have had about pursuing their cases through the courts.
