Lucy has almost 20 years of experience of mergers and acquisition work. She has acted for buyers on acquisition trails and owner managers when selling their businesses. Her M&A work, not only includes managing due diligence and disclosure undertaken by her team, but negotiating transactions with her client’s best interests in mind. Lucy also undertakes work to assist companies with their expansion plans and advises on share incentive schemes, investment agreements, and documents which govern shareholder relationships. Lucy is recognised by Legal 500 as a Leading Individual for her experience as a corporate finance lawyer. She also won Lawyer of the Year at the Solent Deal Awards in 2023 in recognition of her skill, hard work and dedication to her clients. She was also lead lawyer on the transaction which won Mid-Range Deal of the Year (?10m to ?50m) at the same awards.
