Lucy acts for most of the POCA receivers on the joint panel of receivers, usually acting for enforcement receivers on the realisation of assets. She also has experience acting for management receivers and trustees for civil recovery. Lucy has varied experience acting for receivers with particular emphasis on property and the interplay of POCA and the insolvency regimes, in which area Lucy also has a wealth of experience. She is also experienced in realising pensions, defending applications for permission to sue receivers and in relation to receivers’ costs. Lucy is regularly consulted by receivers on tenders and presents to receivers, prosecutors and other organisations on POCA issues and the interaction with insolvency law.
