Her strategic land experience spans advice and negotiation of conditional, often multi-party, land contracts, options, planning promotion agreements and complex overage arrangements.

Lindsay acts for clients across a diverse range of business sectors and heads up the retail sector team at Clarion. Her real estate experience in this space includes large portfolio acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations for household retail names and property management advice for both landlords and tenants.
