Leanne specialises in structured finance and derivatives with a particular focus on repackagings and credit-linked products, including synthetic securitisations. She has acted for investors and originators across multiple jurisdictions and has advised on a wide range of repackagings and structured products linked to a variety of asset classes, including loans, commodities and funds, as well as advising on many innovative and bespoke synthetic risk transfer structures. More recently, Leanne has been focussing on sustainable finance and its impact for both investors and banks in risk sharing transactions and structured products more widely.
