Kimberley is a Partner working in the Family Team, she specialises in all aspects of family law.

Kimberley helps clients with all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution, children law matters (including complex contact disputes and allegations of harm), financial cases (including cases where there are family businesses, substantial pension assets and inherited wealth), pre-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Kimberley is always keen to explore non-Court routes to resolving any dispute to try and achieve a fair outcome for her clients in the most efficient and dignified way. But, if Court proceedings are necessary, she is known for fighting her client’s case with passion and tenacity.
