My main practice areas include:

I have been handling M&A transactions for more than 20 years, advising a wide range of clients including FTSE 100 companies, SMEs and owner managed businesses.
I have worked on hundreds of deals in multiple sectors, including many complex and high value transactions, as well as cross border transactions.
