John is a partner in the banking and finance team. Based in Reading, he has acted on a broad range of finance transactions including acquisitions, real estate and project finance, loan servicing and general corporate banking on both the lender and borrower sides. He also advises on the restructuring of distressed businesses and insolvency procedures.

He has a particular focus on the technology, healthcare, hospitality and renewable energy sectors. As well as advising on transactions, John has presented to clients at large industry conferences.
