Joe advises on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions.

Joe is head of the corporate practice. He joined Stevens & Bolton in 2000 and became a partner in 2007, having previously trained and worked in the City.

He specialises in M&A, buy-and-build strategies, sponsor backed transactions, structuring, corporate governance and corporate, structured and investment finance. He has acted for public and private corporates, owner-managed businesses and their founders and other shareholders, as well as leading UK and European banks.

Joe was a founding member of the steering committee of the global mid-market focused Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
