Jeremy is a Consultant to Clifford Chance's Africa Practice, specialising in advising clients in respect of energy, natural resources & infrastructure transactions. Jeremy has been actively engaged in work across Africa for over 35 years and has extensive experience on transactions spanning M&A and joint ventures to project and acquisition finance.

His areas of expertise include African energy, renewable and conventional power, infrastructure development with a special focus on port development, as well as mining development. He has worked in Clifford Chance's Hong Kong, Washington and London offices and was co-head of the firm's Energy & Natural Resources group.
