Career

James is Clyde & Co’s Training Principal (with responsibility for all Early Careers populations, including trainees and apprentices) and Chair of the Firm’s Legal Director Selection Committee, as well as being a member of the UK Employment Executive Committee. His employment practice focuses on handling Tribunal and High Court claims, providing support for employment projects and transactions and advising clients on all aspects of employment law. He specialises in assisting clients with the most complex and reputationally significant employment-related litigation, including High Court claims in relation to team moves, confidentiality disputes and breaches of contractual and statutory procedures.
