He is a trusted adviser to sponsors, financial institutions and management teams and regularly advises clients on their most complex and highest value transactions. He has an extensive track record across the full spectrum of PE deals, including buyouts, acquisitions, cross-border carve-outs, public-to-private takeovers, mergers, demergers, co-investments and exits by way of auction sales or IPOs.
