Gary is the lead Partner on all lender-orientated work at Devonshires. Although he is based in Devonshires’ Leeds office, Gary’s clients are truly nationwide and extend to the magnitude of Clarion, for whom he acted on two sustainability-linked loans, constituting sector firsts earlier in 2020.

Gary has advised on variety of high value traditional bank debt transactions and private placement bond issues.

He leads Devonshires’ Leeds Banking practice which was awarded Best Banking and Finance Team at the Yorkshire Legal Awards.
