Gareth Jones joined Pinsent Masons in 2017 and prior to that he was a partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. Gareth is a corporate lawyer specialising in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions matters, having advised on corporate transactions for 20 years.

He has extensive experience of various corporate finance transactions including IPO’s and secondary offerings, both on the Main Market and AIM, and public takeovers, as well as advising on ongoing obligations of listed companies.

Gareth advises a wide variety of international and UK issuers and investment banks across a broad range of sectors. When advising on such matters, Gareth successfully leads multi-disciplinary teams to manage cross-border issues.
